Subject: Request for Replacement of Damaged Books in the Library

Respected Madam,

I am a student of Class 12, and I regularly use the school library. I have noticed that several books, especially textbooks and reference materials, are torn, missing pages, or badly worn out. This makes it difficult for students to study and gather information properly.

I kindly request you to replace the damaged books with new ones so that all students can benefit from them. It will also help in maintaining the good condition and usefulness of the library.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yours sincerely,
XYZ

Write a letter to your younger sibling advising them to use mobile phones wisely and not for long hours.

Dear Ane,

I hope you're doing well and enjoying your time at school. I just wanted  to talk to you about something important—how you use your mobile phone.

Phones can be really helpful. They let us stay in touch, learn new things, and even have some fun. But if we're not careful, spending too much time on them can start to affect our health, our studies, and even our mood. I know how tempting it is to keep scrolling or playing games for hours, but too much screen time can make you tired, hurt your eyes, and even affect your sleep.

Try to set some limits for yourself. Use your phone for things that truly matter—like studying, reading, or chatting briefly with friends and family. And don't forget how important it is to spend time doing other things too: playing outside, reading books, helping around the house, or just having a good chat in person.

Remember, the phone is a tool—not your whole world. You're smart and capable, and you have so many opportunities to grow and do well. Just be wise with your time and choices, and you’ll go far.

Take care and know that I’m always here for you.

With lots of love,
XYZ

Dear ABC,

I hope you're doing well! I just wanted to tell you about my new school because there’s so much to share!

It’s a little bigger than my old school, and at first, I was feeling kind of nervous because everything was new. But now, I’m starting to get the hang of it. The classrooms are nice, and there’s a cool outdoor space where we can hang out during breaks. The library is huge, and I’ve already found a few books I’m excited to read. The best part is the science lab—it’s super high-tech, and we get to do some fun experiments!

I’ve met a few people in my classes, and they seem really friendly. I even found a group that loves the same shows and games I do, so I’ve been talking with them a lot. We’re planning to do something fun this weekend, maybe catch a movie or go bowling.

The teachers are pretty nice, too. Some of the lessons are challenging, but they help us a lot if we don’t understand something. I’ve already got a lot of homework, though, which I’m still adjusting to.

How’s everything with you? I’d love to hear all about what’s going on in your life. Let’s try to catch up soon!

Talk to you soon!

XYZ
