Write a letter to your younger
sibling advising them to use mobile phones wisely and not for long hours.
Dear Ane,
I hope you're doing well and enjoying your time at school. I just wanted to take a moment to talk to you about something important—how you use your mobile phone.
Phones can be really helpful. They let us stay in touch, learn new things, and even have some fun. But if we're not careful, spending too much time on them can start to affect our health, our studies, and even our mood. I know how tempting it is to keep scrolling or playing games for hours, but too much screen time can make you tired, hurt your eyes, and even affect your sleep.
Try to set some limits for yourself. Use your phone for things that truly matter—like studying, reading, or chatting briefly with friends and family. And don't forget how important it is to spend time doing other things too: playing outside, reading books, helping around the house, or just having a good chat in person.
Remember, the phone is a tool—not your whole world. You're smart and capable, and you have so many opportunities to grow and do well. Just be wise with your time and choices, and you’ll go far.
Take care and know that I’m always here for you.
With lots of love,
XYZ
