53, Vikas Nagar,
Ratlam (M.P.)

15 August 2025

The Collector
Ratlam (M.P.)

Subject: Complaint about poor facilities in government hospital

Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention to the poor condition of the government hospital in our area. The patients have to face many problems. Medicines are often not available, and the staff does not behave properly with patients. The wards are not clean and there is shortage of drinking water and beds. Sometimes even serious patients do not get proper treatment.

Such negligence is dangerous for the health of poor people who depend completely on this hospital. I request you to look into the matter and take immediate steps to improve the condition.

Yours faithfully,

(C) Letter to Collector – Nuisance of Loudspeakers

Ratlam (M.P.)
15 August 2025

The Collector
Ratlam (M.P.)

Subject: Request to control loudspeaker nuisance in our area

Sir,
I want to bring to your notice the problem of loudspeakers in our locality. During marriages, religious functions, and other occasions, loudspeakers are played at very high volume till late night. This creates great disturbance for students who are preparing for exams and for patients who need rest. Small children and elderly people also suffer from this noise pollution.

Therefore, I request you to kindly impose strict restrictions on the use of loudspeakers, especially during late night hours, so that people may live peacefully.

Yours faithfully,

(F) Letter to Postmaster – Complaint Against Postman

17, Ekta Colony
Guna (M.P.)

13 July 2026

The Post Master,
Head Post Office,
Guna (M.P.)

Subject: Complaint against the postman of my area

Sir,

With due respect, I wish to bring to your kind notice the irresponsible behaviour of the postman serving our area. For the last two months, he has not been delivering letters and parcels regularly. Important letters often reach us several days late, while some are delivered to the wrong addresses.

At times, he does not ring the doorbell and simply leaves letters with neighbours, which causes inconvenience and the risk of losing important documents.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against the concerned postman. I hope you will ensure timely and proper delivery of letters in our locality.

Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Priyanshi Batra

The Editor,
The Times of India,
Ujjain (M.P.)

Subject: Concern over the increasing number of road accidents

Sir,

Through your newspaper, I want to draw the attention of the public and the authorities towards the increasing number of road accidents in our city. Every day many people are injured or lose their lives because of rash driving. Many drivers drive at high speed, break traffic rules, use mobile phones while driving, and do not wear helmets or seat belts.

The government should take strict action against such drivers. Traffic police should check vehicles regularly and impose heavy fines on those who break traffic rules. Road safety rules should be taught in schools and awareness programmes should be organised. Good roads, proper traffic signals, and zebra crossings should also be provided.

I hope my views will be published in your newspaper so that people become more careful and road accidents can be reduced.

Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Sunil
